Dutch Inflation Unchanged In September
Inflation in the Netherlands, as measured by the harmonized index of consumer prices, remained unchanged at 2.5 percent in September, data released by Statistics Netherlands showed Thursday.
Inflation as per the consumer price index also held steady during the month, at 2.3 percent.
The statistical office said that air fares had an upward effect on overall inflation level. Charges were more than 15 percent higher than September last year. At the same time, new cars turned cheaper.
