| Yen Off Early Lows Against Majors The yen that fell against other major currencies at 2:45 am ET Friday trimmed its losses shortly. The yen is now trading at 78.29 against the greenback, 122.78 against the pound, 80.11 against the franc and 96.20 against the euro, compared to a 3-day low of 78.40, 1-week lows of 123.07, 80.38 and 96.53, respectively hit recently.
