Dollar Falls Against European Majors




The U.S. currency declined against its European major counterparts ahead of European deals on Thursday.
The greenback that closed Wednesday's deals at 1.6165 against the pound fell to a fresh 7-1/2-month low of 1.6194 at 2:30 am ET. The next downside target level for the greenback is seen at 1.625.
Against the euro and the franc, the dollar hit new multi-week lows of 1.3239 and 0.9078, compared to yesterday's close of 1.3218 and 0.9094, respectively.
