Austria Producer Price Inflation Slows For Fifth Month


Austria's producer price inflation eased for the fifth consecutive month in July, data released by Statistics Austria showed Thursday.
The producer price index rose 0.2 percent year-on-year, following 0.3 percent increase in June. The rate of increase has been steadily slowing since March.
Month-on-month, producer prices dipped 0.1 percent in July, marking the third month of decline. In June, prices fell 0.4 percent.
