The U.S. dollar proceeded with its Asian session's decline against European major counterparts on early Thursday European deals as European stocks opened higher on stimulus hopes from central banks in the U.S. and China.
The greenback slipped to 7-weeks lows of 0.9556 against the franc and 1.2572 against the euro, compared to Wednesday's close of 0.9588 and 1.2530, respectively.
Against the pound, the greenback dipped to a new multi-month low of 1.5914.
