Two Further Considerations for Eur-Usd in June Apart from Greek Election

-Fundamentally, there are two further considerations for EUR-USD in June, in addition to the Greek election: the end of 'Operation Twist' and the deadline for the EU bank recapitalisation programme.
-On the first, our base case is that the Fed will renew Operation Twist - a view that is seemingly supported by the turmoil that a Greek exit might bring.
-On the second, the acceleration in EU bank recapitalisation ahead of the June deadline will end as of the first week of July.
-This will remove a significant pillar of support for the EUR, irrespective of what happens in the Greek vote. That is when we are likely to see acceleration below the 1.20 level.
