| EUR/USD holding near the recent highs On Thursday, there was no clear driver for currency trading now that the Fed was out of the way. EUR/USD held close to the recent highs, but the important technical levels stayed out of reach. Sterling lost a few ticks as S&P changed the UK rating outlook to negative. USD/JPY took a breather too, but a poor Tankan report brought the pair near the 84 figure this morning  | |
