Euro well bid even as sentiment on risk remains fragile
EUR/USD is trying to move away from the recent lows. Technical considerations prevail. Strong buying in EUR/JPY helped the EUR/USD headline pair. The yen stays under pressure as a new government after the Dec 16 elections is expected to put additional pressure on the BOJ to take aggressive action to weaken the yen.
