Australian Dollar Strengthens Further Against Majors
In late Asian deals on Thursday, the Australian dollar continued its early advance against other major currencies. The aussie climbed to a 1-week high of 1.0243 against the loonie, 2-day highs of 1.2374 against the euro, 81.01 against the yen and 1.0426 against the greenback. Against the NZ dollar, the aussie rebounded and gained further, with pair trading at 1.2605.
