Australian Dollar Hits 1-week Low Against U.S. Dollar
Extending slide, the Australian dollar declined against the U.S. dollar in the European session on Tuesday amid escalation of hostilities between China and Japan over a group of disputed islands. The aussie fell to 1.0412 against the greenback, its weakest level in a week. The next support level for the aussie-greenback pair is seen at 1.035.
