The U.S. dollar proceeded with Asian session's decline against the Canadian currency in early European trading on Tuesday.
The greenback reached a new 3-1/2-month low of 0.9857 against the loonie with 0.982 seen as the next downside target level. The greenback-loonie pair closed yesterday's deals at 0.9887.
