Dollar Pares Recent Gains Against European Majors


The US dollar erased some of its recent gains against the major currencies of Europe in early deals on Friday.
The greenback is presently quoted at 1.2393 against the euro and 0.9695 against the Swiss franc, down by more than 20-pips from its recent highs of 1.2368 and 0.9715, respectively.
The dollar also shed almost 20-pips to reach a low of 1.5534 against the pound around 4:00 am ET from its recently hit high of 1.5508.
