| Great post Batman! The dialogue is a bit reminiscent of Plato, you're a kind of market philosopher The imminent danger for the US is definitely deflation (to see a risk inflation in the current environment one has to be German) but the question is whether the government and the FED will be able to set up inflationary measures in the current political environment. When you give a think about all this, a "devaluation" of the USD (OK OK I'm exaggerating, let's say a weaker USD) would help the US and to be frank I still can't understand why they let the EURUSD go down to 1.20 without any noticeable intervention... That's precisely the main point that has been my bull view on the EURUSD back to a few weeks ago. | |
